As a Digital Strategy Intern at Momentum, I developed a comprehensive digital communications plan for Chevron's 'Win for Kids' campaign. I conducted social listening for American Express clients to devise effective marketing strategies for their business cards targeting C-suite executives. Additionally, I performed a competitive audit for Momentum and its competitors to identify unique opportunities for differentiation. Lastly, I crafted a communications plan for two activations for Intrepid Travel, aiming to enhance their marketing efforts towards Gen Z.

As a digital growth intern, I conducted 20+ stakeholder interviews and synthesized findings, processes, and best practices to be shared with cross-functional marketing, communications, and technology teams. I created a digital strategy and playbook to enhance structural support for collaborations and partnerships with top digital creators. In the end, I presented fundamental insights to the digital growth team with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of orchestrating premier-creator led events.

As a Capital One intern, I utilized the coding language, SNL, to research performance on over 1 million referrals made by customers. I conducted analysis of repeated trends and behavior, of customers specifically in the email channel. Finally, I consulted with the referrals team to better inform marketing decisions in the referrals channels.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Intern

As the DEI Index Intern at the Sadie Collective, I compiled data on racial and gender demographics of faculty and board members at the Top 20 graduate economics departments in the country, and then used that data to finalize a white paper that not only summarized my findings, but also suggested ways to improve the gap between white faculty and faculty of color.
